Weekly Kitty: One time $100 fee for sanction fee paid on 1st night of league otherwise just paying quarters to play the games
Sanctioning For: WSPA ($15 PER PLAYER/ 4 WEEKS), ACS ($15 PER PLAYER/4 WEEKS), BCA ($20 PER PLAYER/4 WEEKS) = $50.00 per player
