The Stansfield Vending Tournament 2025 will be hosted on CompuSport. CompuSport is a free downloadable application in the App or Play Store on your smart device.
Paper scoresheets and copies will not be provided. Printable score sheets may be used at time of play, but scores must be entered into CompuSport to register within the tournament proceedings. No written scores will be considered.

Compliance with the La Crosse Center policies and procedures are mandatory for tournament admission and participation.

All substitute players must be listed on roster for all events that allow for player substitutions to be made. Statistics will be combined for all rostered players, including substitutes, determining division placement for the team, regardless of participation.

SVI event attendees are expected to always exhibit high ethical standards, assist others when possible, follow venue policies, and conduct themselves without violence, animosity, profanity, complaint, or sarcasm. Confrontational behavior of any kind (physical or verbal), including insulting, demeaning, rude, argumentative, or arrogant comments are never acceptable. Loss of emotional control, regardless of the cause, will not be tolerated. This conduct extends to digital communication including social media, texting, etc.
SVI staff may enforce cooling off periods or the “3 strikes and you’re out” system to warn an attendee that their behavior has reached a level breaching the code of conduct. However, warnings are not guaranteed and depending on the severity of the behavior, SVI reserves its right to immediately expel an attendee, without warning, from the event without refund, and / or permanently ban attendees from all future SVI events. In addition, SVI will quickly and proactively involve venue security, referees, and law enforcement.
